After achieving her NVQ 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy and receiving the gold medal at the UK Skills Therapy competition for North Warwickshire and Hinckley College in Nuneaton, England in 2002, Natalie has gained many years’ valuable experience in the beauty industry in various salons and spas in the UK, Australia and most recently in Bermuda. During that time she has completed additional training courses and whilst Natalie is proficient in all treatments including spray tanning, massage and body treatments, she considers facials to be her specialty.
The Retreat is a new venture which has enabled Natalie’s vision of providing eco-friendly beauty therapy in Bermuda to come to life and has afforded her the opportunity to source and offer you some of the best organic products available.
Kaya gained both level two and three in Beauty Therapy whilst living in the UK. She has a passion for self care and enjoys the ongoing education that comes with working in the beauty industry.
Brows are her favourite, but she also enjoys carrying out other treatments like facials, waxing and pedicures. Kaya's skills and attention to detail shine through with every service she performs. Kaya takes the time to make sure her clients always feel comfortable, relaxed and leave the spa feeling more confident and beautiful.
Jana has 17 years of experience in the beauty industry. She studied for two years in Potchefstroom, South Africa, completing ITEC training in reflexology, aromatherapy, and aesthetic. After working for well-known spas in South Africa, Jana moved to Bermuda in 2008.
Jana prides herself on her waxing skills, but her real passion is perfecting facials and reflexology for her clients. Jana is looking forward to continuing her beauty journey at The Retreat.
Aly graduated from Perth College in Scotland with both C.I.B.T.A.C (1999) and H.N.D (2001) beauty, body and holistic therapies. For the last 20 years, Aly has traveled and worked all over the world in a number of prestigious spa destinations, including New Zealand, Australia, Austria, Scotland and Bermuda.
Aly is a Reiki Master Practitioner, who has been practicing energy work and Reflexology since she attended college. Aly believes in the holistic approach to all that she does, treating the body, the mind and the soul. She enjoys doing facials, body treatments and offers an extensive range of services and, after further studies with the London School of Massage, which included cancer massage therapy and advanced therapeutic massage. She can adapt to treat a host of individual requirements.
Aly is excited to bring her knowledge and experience to The Retreat – she loves what she does and wants nothing but the absolute best for her clients.
Brittany comes to us with over four years of international experience. She is a qualified massage and spa therapist, having trained at the Aveda Institute in Florida. Brittany worked in hotel spas in Florida and with the cruise lines, before she returned to Bermuda in 2018.
Brittany has a passion for skincare and loves to educate her clients. She brings calm and positive energy into every treatment.
Brittany enjoys learning new techniques in all her treatments and is a team player. She’s excited to join The Retreat team, and will deliver excellent service to all our clients
Francesca studied combined hair and beauty, wig-making and theatrical make-up at Chichester College, winning Student-of-the-Year. She went on to achieve NVQ levels 2 & 3.
Francesca first arrived in Bermuda in 2008 to share her passion for beauty. After leaving Bermuda, Francesca traveled the world while working in Dubai, Sri Lanka and Australia.
She is passionate about all things beauty. Francesca's perfection to detail can be seen through her work - she is an expert in facials, lash lifts and spray tans.
Francesca is excited to join The Retreat, and she can’t wait to see clients, both new and old, and to deliver only her best.
Pittayarat (Mey) went to the Institute of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine, Thailand, in 2004. Mey has worked in Malaysia, Laos, Hungary, Poland and Bermuda. Mey is an expert in Traditional Thai Massage, Thai hot oil massage, Thai Foot Massage, reflexology and Indian or Ayurvedic Thai Head Massage. She also is proficient in Thai Swedish Massage and deep tissue. Mey looks forward to joining The Retreat team and bringing new services to the menu.
Hello, my name is Skye, I am a 21 year old Bermudian. I have recently completed my Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy courses. Throughout my time studying in the United Kingdom, I have discovered that my passion is all things nails! I have been in the industry for over 2 years now, specialising in Builder Gel and regular gel polish, as well as nail art. I’m hoping to bring a variety of new nail art to The Retreat, while further enhancing my skills. I’m so excited to meet all of the lovely clients at The Retreat and I’m grateful for the opportunity to work in such a beautiful community.
To schedule an appointment for your perfect treatment, please go to our online booking service. If you are unsure of which treatment will work best for you, please call us on 541-3535 and one of our therapists will be happy to guide you towards the right one. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend you book in advance to avoid disappointment. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early for your appointment to relax before your treatment.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel your appointment. Microblading appointments require 72 hours’ cancellation notice. Please call 541-3535 or email [email protected] to cancel.
If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment at The Retreat, your treatment time will be reduced.
We send reminders 3 days before your appointment via email and, 24 hours before, via text message. Please confirm your appointment when you receive our messages. If your appointment is not confirmed, we may cancel it. By confirming yourappointment, you allow our therapists to manage their schedules more efficiently.
Please let us know of any health conditions or concerns, allergies or injuries which may affect your treatment choice in advance of your appointment. We will do our best to amend your treatment accordingly.
We advise expectant mothers to wait until after their first trimester before any face and body treatments.

The Retreat accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables brought onto the premises.
All lost property found on the premises should be given to our reception. Items will be held for 4 months, if they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charities. Liquids, undergarments and hairbrushes will be kept for 24 hours only before being disposed of.
All prices are in BMD and are subject to change at any time. Gratuities are not included but are welcomed at your discretion.
